Scuba Diving Locations?

I've dived Twin Lakes, Lake 288, Blue Lagoon, and Mammoth Lake. Are there any other locations for diving? As far as lake diving goes, I really like Mammoth. Lots of stuff to see and the clarity can be pretty good.

What sort of skill level is recommended for the rig diving off Freeport? I was reading about rig diving and people were saying the currents around the rigs can be very dangerous they should only be explored by very skilled divers. I think someone was just being high and mighty, but what are your thoughts on the matter? BTW, I'm PADI Advanced Open Water certified.
