Hilary's Ribs in North Chicago. Although, the place isn't the cleanest, the food is amazing.

My grill (as far as Illinois is concerned). No other place I've been to in this state measures up.......maybe we should get out more. Best ribs I've ever had? Rudy's in Leon Springs, TX.

Smoque is REALLY good! There's also a fairly new place called
Honky Tonk BBQ on 18th and Racine, we've been there 3 times so far, it's GREAT!
