Springfield did not suffer near as bad as the larger cities when it comes to the real estate market

Good to know. I was raised in Springfield until I was 12, so I am fairly familiar with the city. My dad spend 45 years in Springfield, and still owns one of the small factory houses in Southern View... within walking distance of Cozy (mMmmmm... double cheese and a cozy dog :drool
So I have been back a dozen times in the last few years... just didnt pay attention to the economy. The city is definitely growing and looks to be somewhat healthy... I know the hospitals are good in Springfield, so my wife will be good... I have actually been considering joing the pipefitters union to begin my apprenticeship... so that may be a good avenue... otherwise, I can "sell snow in the winter" if I need to.
Thanks for this input.
