How's the weather in Chicago?

Recently went from horribly hot and humid to somewhat cold. The next month should be nice though with lows in the 50's and highs in the 70's. After that it well get too darn cold for the next 6 months.

It isn't all that great for most of the year....really isn't fair...and you wonder why people are so much happier in the warmer places of the world....no freezing equals better attitudes!

Today should hit right around 70? just south of Chicago. Probably the best time of the year around here. Great weather to get out hiking some of the local forest preserves.

I'm hoping chicago weather is nice for the 17-18, I'm heading up there with my cousin who is coming in for his first time to visit Chicago. Hopefully it's gonna be nice with little to no rain and good temps..

This year it seems we're getting a real fall. Spring was wet & cold. Usually it goes blizzard winter to hot summer to blizzard winter. 2 Seasons..

Currently it's 59 degrees and windy (depends on which channel you watch 39 to 50 mph winds) as all get out. I'm hoping the wind doesn't drop another branch and break my cable line again. I was without internet for a few weeks after the last bad storm. : ( Ding dong dog thinks it's play time, running around the yard with fallen branches in her mouth.
