When is the Village of Oswego actually going to do some real economic development? Empty lots, a horribly ugly downtown and high taxes, but hey at least we have an awesome new village hall to call our own!

New development in Oswego will probably not happen for some time.

I lived in Oswego from 98-02 and I really liked it back then. It had nothing back then...Its got a lot of development now. Honestly that was part of why I left it lost its small town charm and it took them 2 years to widen Rt.34 and I was sick of the commute it would take a half an hour to get from The hospital to Douglas.
