Springfield the other State Capital

I know most folks would agree that Chicago is running the state, but this post isnt about political things.

Next time your around the intersection of I-55 and I-72 swing into Springfield and try a famous local dish called a horseshoe. Its a couple pieces of toast topped with meat of your choosing topped with fries topped with melted cheese. I know your doctor will not approve but I bet your taste buds will.
