I have had a lot of pizza, but one sticks out for me and I have only had it once. I was visiting my brother in Plymouth when he lived there for a short time and we ordered 2 large pizzas form the local shop called Bruno's(yes I know lots of towns have a pizza shop called Bruno's I think it's cliche) My brother and I can put down some pizza, but 2 slices was enough , but I felt defeated and tried for another--definitely defeated me. It was just fantastic--I haven't had it again, but this thread has got me craving so it may be time for a trip after the holidays.
The best pizza in Indiana is made by my friend and I at her house using homemade dough and sauce made high quality ingredients and fresh mozzarella. That's more than can be said for 99% of pizza restaurants in this state.
When I moved out here 3 years ago, I got so sick of not being able to get a decent slice that I just bought a pizza stone and peel, learned how to bake a crust, and rolled up my sleeves. I've been much happier since.
