Does anyone think that Cataract Lake needs drained and restocked? Does anyone catch big crappie there? If so HOW?

Where are all the fishermen. I fished Cataract all season last year and the biggest Crappie was about 8". Its horrible. I think the Walleye are gone too, out the spillway during winter drawdown.
