We are keeping you and your family in our thoughts Bluenoser! By the way, you must know my old boss...Brown Noser?
Was he the captain of that not so famous schooner the Brown Nose?
"Bluenose was a Canadian fishing and racing schooner from Nova Scotia built in 1921. She was later commemorated by a replica Bluenose II built in 1963. A celebrated racing ship and hard-working fishing vessel, Bluenose became a provincial icon for Nova Scotia as well as important Canadian symbol in the 1930s. The name "bluenose" originated as a nickname for Nova Scotians from as early as the late 18th century"
I live about two hours of where that boat usually is, except when she is out sailing. Right now she is in drydock and getting a big facelift. I did have a url where you could look to see exaclty what they are doing to the boat as they do it. I will see if I can find it. Actually it is a web cam and you can go in and keep following the progress of remodelling that ship. If I find it I will put it on here. I am going to look now
Ok I thought it was a web cam as it was with other Nova Scotian web cams, but it is just updated to what is happening, doing the boat. Actually looks like they really are building it all up from zero. Here is a nice URL to go to a lot of Nova Scotia web cams if anyone is interested. A lot of the URL are on the left side and a lot of them are the streaming ones that I like and refresh ever two seconds or whatever you want it to do. I go in on these quite a lot to see what is happening.
