St. John's is pretty much a one-stop shop: there's a grocery store, a wine/beer mega mart (awesome), and then an outdoor walk around mall with a Dick's Sporting Goods, Barnes' and Noble's, etc.
I thought the St. Johns Town Center would be a flop when it opened. Could not imagine folks hiking around in the heat and humidity, and afternoon rains. Boy was I wrong. Lots of stores, and more and more every day.
Avenues Mall is typical two story suburban Mall 5 anchor tenants (Sears, Belk, JC Penny, Dillards, and now the largest two story Forever 21 in the South)
Regency Square is going down hill fast. Over half of the West Wing is closed stores. The Dillards turned into a Outlet center. Avoid if possible.
Orange Park Mall is a typical one level mall with Sears, Dillards, Belk, and now a Dick's Dporting Goods Store.
