When I lived in Jax, the only place I knew of for organic produce was Whole Foods.

There is Native Sun- one location on San Jose and there is at least one other location, but I cannot remember where it is now.

Also the Granary on Kingsley Avenue in Orange Park.

There is (or used to be) a produce market in Hemming Plaza every Friday, and every Saturday there is a market that sets up beneath the Fuller Warren Bridge. You might find organic produce there.

Of course the best option is to grow your own.
