Little Apple Brewing Co. in Manhattan Kansas. Very good Prairie Pale Ale and excellent menu choices. And, God forbid, when I'm in Lawrence, I love the Freestate Brewery. Copperhead Pale Ale is one of my favorite beers there. Ad Astra Ale isn't bad, either.

I frequent Samuel Brewski's in Park City fairly often. River city has great food and drinks as well.

Annex lounge has the best burgers in Wichita by far, and always decent beer specials.

Never ran around KC much but I'd like to goto the breweries in Manhattan and Lawrence.

I've been wanting to try Hank is Wiser micro brew, but kinda a drive from the east side of Wichita for a bar.
