Wheeling in Williamsburg?

I've heard there's some good off roading in Williamsburg and was wondering where to go up there?

I'm not sure my friends in Jellico would want to go that far. I really thought there was somewhere closer up there.

it only takes me 4-5 hours to black mountian plus thats where I'm from
