Hey beerdaddy -

Fellow home brewer here (Knoxville)! I just started AG brewing; two batches so far. Fat Tire clone is in Secondary for another few days and a Chocolate Milk Stout just went into the Primary on Thanksgiving day.

I have only tasted extract home brew and until recently have always brewed it as well. I am looking forward to tasting the difference. Also just got another carboy for secondary fermenting (never done this either).

Deja vu, I meandered over to the KY forum and we've been having this discussion there too. I just brewed my first batch last week. It's a robust porter from a kit. I sure hope it turns out ok.

I'm in Bean Station. I have only brewed extract so far but as soon as I finish my garage overhaul I will start to do AG.

I wish I had a garage to overhaul into a brew-kitchen! We have a small regular kitchen with an electric stove, so I'm doing the AG brewing on the back patio...

Another AG brewer here. Been brewing for 2.5 years. Learn something with every batch.
