Sushi Chef Bruce Lee - Las Vegas, Nevada

I'm trying to find out where Sushi Chef Bruce Lee has landed after closing Sushi Avenue 2 at Santa Fe Station. We used to frequent Dragon Sushi and the original Sushi Avenue and Steakhouse, but have lost track since then. Any ideas?
