Where are the best beer selections for both belly up service and off sale?

Russ's on Coddington has a really good selection as well as South Street liquor.

The best beer selection in Lincoln at a bar is probably Yia Yia's. Off Sale, The Still has a great selection. The Hy-Vee's at 70th & Pioneers and 40th & Old Cheney also have pretty nicely stocked alcohol sections.
