Culver City is small incorporated city totally surrounded by Los Angeles. It's a separate community with great schools. I have lived here for over 60 years and wouldn't live anywhere else. How about you...
Tito's is good, but I think it's a little overrated.
Kind of like Pink's where it's about the experience and the memories,
but the line is just a little too long for what you get.

I'd rather go to Pinche's.

It seems overrated if you have not yet grown addicted it. Great value for the price, too!
You have found one of the hidden gems for cheap, but good, breakfast and lunch in Culver City. Tokyo 7-7 has been there for probably 25 years or more and just the locals know about it. Shhh!
Update: the gem has closed. The building was old and as downtown Culver City continues to upscale, I'm sure that the family-run business just couldn't keep up.
CC is OK, but it seems like the traffic is always worse on the west side of town, and I avoid it like the plague.
I agree completely. My brother lives in Culver City and my parents live in Marina Del Rey. I live in Glendale, and I dread driving there. It is way to much traffic to do on a regular basis.
