Long Beach Art Museum

Last summer we were vacationing in SoCal, and stopped for brunch and a visit through the Long Beach Art Museum. What a wonderful treasure! The food was fabulous, reasonably priced (especially with Restaurant.com coupon), great view of the harbor and outdoor sculpture on the patio, and a very nice and reasonably sized gallery.

As far as art/attractions that have in house eating? The Queen Mary has a respectible restaurant and the tour is kind of cool if you've never been. We also have a museum of latin american art that is near the downtown dining scene. If you're just after places with a view while you dine then there Belmont Brewing Company adjacent to the pier, any restaurant adjacent to the Rainbow Lagoon and the Reef which is in the hotel by the QM. All are good choices to enjoy a meal, libation and the alfresco dining.
