Michael Jackson's Memorial Service
Just wanted to share the fact that the last time I was in LA, I happened to win the Lottery draw to attend Michael Jackson's Memorial Service.
What was so interesting about this was the fact that I live in Austin TX now and just so happened to be in the region for work. I decided to insert my email address just for the hell of it and was shocked to find the invite in my inbox. I stuck around for an extra day to do this and played hookie.
Anyone else here lucky enough to make it as well? I heard that some tickets sold for $20,000+ dollars. Not sure if it was true.
