I've fished all over the state, on and off shore. It depends on what type of angling you do, and what you're looking for. There are many great places to fish in Maine.

Lily Pond in new gloucester, and little sebago in gray are a couple of my favorites.

If your in the Piscataquis region try Harlow pond or Brands mill pond for bass. Or try two falls on Sebec lake for salmon.

i've heard that harlow pond in piscatiquis county had a 10 point some odd pound bass caught!!!!
