Hi, I am looking to buy a town house around Ellicotty city and columbia area.

Is there any new built townhouses with garage, and under 500k?

They just made some nice ones off of 216,

If you google Reservoir High School they are NE of them on the map, I can't remember the exact name of the development though...

I think there are some brand new ones getting ready to open soon on Rogers Ave just south of route 40.

Cost, taxes, shopping, transportation, schools, privacy, proximity to a certain location, lack of crime? I'm in Carroll County, better on most points except transportation, but most consider that a good thing. I have friends in that area to pin point more closely. Shawn
