I heard that the county stopped flying dogs $5 tour. Has anyone else heard it?

When I first moved to Baltimore, I ended up at The Thirsty Dog at least once a week. It then changed names a few times due to copyright or trademark laws...another place in Ohio had the naming rights....try searching for Thirsty Dog Pub, Dog Pub, Pub Dog.... They have excellent pizza and brews. They added a location in Columbia, MD, but I still prefer the Federal Hill location. Very quaint. Great service. Hard to get a table (1st come seating), but well worth it. I've never been dissapointed. Great times had by all!

I second Brewers Art in Bmore, Franklins in Hyattsville, and Friso in Columbia.

Frisco Grille has now become Frisco Taphouse, which is still located on Dobbin in Columbia. Frisco is, by far, one of my favorite places to go. I love beer. They love beer. They will be brewing there own once they are a little more established in their new location. They grew considerably both in sqft and taps. They had about 25 taps before, and they now have 50. All taps are micro brews. If you want Miller or Bud, go somewhere else. Most kegs change to something else when they run out, but they have some staples that dont go away. This place is highly recommended. They also have baby arm sized burritos that are awesome. Try it, trust me.
