The "Grill Next Door" in I believe Haverhill, MA has around 30 beers on tap and they rotate. Many local tastes as well as nation wide brews. They do have some imports also.

Alot of restiraunts and pubs have samplers if you ask. its 4ounce glasses of all the beers on tap mostly five types. went to Gritty's brewery in Maine they had 11 beers on tap awsome I tell you.
Dont know If they do tastings, but if you ever are on Cape Cod, you have to get down to Cape Cod Beer, a local brew company that sprouted up a few years ago and keep growing, they have some amazing beers. Definitely in the summer time you have to try the seasonal, "beach blone ale", my favorite summertime brew.
