Sports Town for sure. Go Pats!
Great Summers - Winter sports - Ocean beaches - Lakes - Culture - Great People!
Most people here are from here or always come back. You don't find that in Ca or Fl or any where else.

If you are doing a full tour of the USA you cannot skip MA. Boston, Concord Salem, Gloucester, the Cape and many other places just jammimg with the stuff that started thei country and represented/represents some of the wilder parts of the past and present from Salem witches to Provincetown' royalty wildness. The place is great, if I were just a tourist I would have no complaints. It is living here that can test you.....

I'd say one of the top reasons is all the history. Some of the pivotal points in the history of the United States happened right here!

There is just so much history here in Boston. Any number of museums, historic parks and site, but I recommend the Duck Boat Tours if you are from out of town. A fun ride around Boston with a history lesson along the way.

Without Randy moss now, and the Sox out of it, and the B's not playing yet, don't come for a while!

Depends what you like. If you're a city person you can't beat Boston pubs(cheers), Museums, The Aquarium, Quincy Market. Then you have Cape Cod sightseeing, fishing, beaches as well as Nantucket and the Vineyard. Skip the middle, nothing there except Old Sturbridge Village. Western Mass has the berkshire mountains, Basketball Hall of Fame, Dr Seuss Museum, Springfield Armory, Boating, Skiing, Fishing and the best colleges and hospitals in the world. What more would you need?
