Best inland lake for boating?

Just looking for peoples opinion, I have only been on a handful of inland lakes, most of which are in the Traverse City area.

Lake Isabella is nice if you're in the central area

Bear Lake off of M-72 between Kalkaska and Grayling.

The water is clear, clean and crisp. In places you can see the bottom at a depth of 35 feet..

I really like Paw Paw Lake in the Southwest corner of the state. Easy access from the 2 public boat landings but it can get busy during the big "outdoor weekends"...
