I love that place! Just got my first jeep this year and went there 3 times this summer and we are probably going there again this weekend. Learned the hard way thouugh about the water holes, how quick they can drop off!!! We got stuck in one with the front doors off and the water came up over the seats, my kids in the back started getting scared when the water just about came up to their feet, and they were in car seats. We got pulled out though and the jeep started right back up. Great story now looking back

I'm heading to the dunes this weekend actually. I hope they're still open. It used to be that they'd be open for the October Weekends. We'll see.

Made it out there for the first time this past spring. I think its gonna be a new yearly thing for me! Rented a buggy from Wild Bills, then took my Jeep out there after..great time!!
