Election Signs

Does anyone know what happens with these signs? Are they free game to take down on or around election day? The material used to make these signs is good for making RC airplanes. So it would be nice to get a few of these signs to make my winter a little less drab.

Just ask the people whose yards they are in. Sometimes they get to keep them, sometimes the campaign comes and collects them

Drive to major intersections out of town (is that an oxymoron?) There are plenty of signs there that I, for one, would love to see cleaned up...

lots of times incumbents reuse their previous signs, maybe by just adding a "re-elect" sticker. Check with them first to make sure they dont want them, then go ahead!
