If you're in the Columbia area, Shakespeare's is a must. Most days there is a wait (both locations are usually packed), but it's well worth it.
I also have to give props to the Greek restaurants in the area, especially G&D and Angelo's they too have great pizza, a must try!
Shakes is great, but I have to say I like G&D just a little better. I recently had A friend also mention Angelo's in COMO, it's on the list. I just hope I can remember not to automatically go to Shakes or G&D...

Just a quick heads up, Anthony Bourdain apparently visited Woody's Wood Fire Pizza in Joplin on a recent episode of his show 'No Reservations' if you want to see what it's like. I missed the episode but I'm going to try to catch it on re-runs.
