Well, up to now there were no means for him. Obamacare created these means. At least Obamacare is a starting point, a skeleton that can be worked with. If all parties would be willing to give their best, without political polemic and big nasty talks, it could become a hallmark of a good system. If they would be willing to look around to all the countries that have a national health system, and only take the best parts of these systems, we could have something grand for our money. Instead all sides dig deeper into their fox holes, and are ready to attack any idea that doesn't give with their own!
