What a total failure for this administration. What a chance to reduce our dependence on foreign oil, employ thousands of union workers and make our country a little more secure. The incompetence of this administration is totally unbelievable. Just shows where this guys loyalties are. We cannot stand 4 more years of this clown!

fyi: canada is not part of the united states, it is still foreign oil :-)

I usually don't stick my nose into this forum, but when I see something that rings my bell I have to comment.

Canada is not foreign. Don't fear the top hat you are wearing.

Some in Washington think that Obama will reverse his decision if he is reelected. He is trying to keep the treehuggers happy until after November. But it may cost him a bunch of union votes.

Foreign, to a point. I've not seen the cannucks loading bombs in skyscrapers in NYC or flying jets into buildings yet, but I don't watch the news everyday so I might have missed something. Canada is a neighbor and although a foreign country they share many of the same values we have and embrace. Turn our backs on our neighbors and have them feed the red beast. Makes sense to me.
