I can say that I dont disagree with you, but I dont think I would be broadcasting my plans on this cat at the same time.
Its too bad that the system couldnt have 'helped' this situation by removing this creep from society permanently.
I really hope that justice is served on this cretin one way or another. Chances are, people arent going to have to do anything to him. He will find his way back into the system...
