Waste of taxpayer money. Obama's mother was a citizen.

"The Constitution does not define the phrase natural-born citizen, and various opinions have been offered over time regarding its precise meaning. The Congressional Research Service has stated that the weight of scholarly legal and historical opinion indicates that the term means one who is entitled under the Constitution or laws of the United States to U.S. citizenship "at birth" or "by birth," including any child born "in" the United States (other than to foreign diplomats serving their country), the children of United States citizens born abroad, and those born abroad of one citizen parent who has met U.S. residency requirements."

Wow. Just wow.

Sounds like Orly Taitz has finally found a judge willing to give her enough rope to hang herself.

I've got to hand it to her though. Her numerous lawsuits against Obama have made Republicans look even more foolish, even hypocritical given their stance on frivolous lawsuits.

and that is becoming harder and harder to do everyday.....

it amazes me this Obama is a kenyan crap is still going on, some people are so incredibly fixated on this and are sure he is a muslim (and state it like that as if that is all that needs to be said)

I work in a rural area where I KNOW many people want a religious war with muslims, and what is even crazier is their justification is based on loose arguments that islam is affecting u.s. law, but in every case I can say that it hasn't happened, however it has happened/happening for christians and they fail to see the hypocrisy. It's like once they even get the slightest belief that they could be told what to do by someone else's religious belief they go insane over it but fail to realize they have been doing that to non-christians for a very long time. (for example: the healthcare law, many people think muslims are exempt due to some email, however the only ones who are exempt are amish christians but they don't see an issue with that.)

Could not agree more. A comparison would be appropriate between what Muslim immigrants face today and what the Irish faced in the mid1800's when immigrating.

I don't know, all judges are not as dumb as Eric Holder. This one may have something going, but if not maybe it will end. So far it has only been brush-off, the legal system has not been satisfied. Name calling and putdowns are not what our legal system was supposed to be about.

She's brought these allegations into a variety of courtrooms on 9 separate occasions, and worked several of them through the apellate process all the way to the supreme court, which has declined to hear any of her cases.

She has been rebuked by judges and clients, and fined by at least one court for her misconduct, which (allegedly) includes suborning perjury and forging documents.

She's had her day in cour. She's lost this same case repeatedly. If this were anyone but the president, her actions would be considered harassment. She is wasting taxpayer dollars forcing the courts to consider this ludicrous case.

Maybe, we'll just have to wait and see.

Citizens bringing the complaints include David Farrar, Leah Lax, Cody Judy, Thomas Malaren and Laurie Roth, represented by Taitz; David Weldon represented by attorney Van R. Irion of Liberty Legal Foundation; and Carl Swensson and Kevin Richard Powell, represented by J. Mark Hatfield.

No, the first case was "We'll just have to wait and see." Not this one. This one is "Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results"

She appealed these cases all the way to the supreme court, and her loss was upheld at every step along the way. If she manages a win at the trial level, it will be overturned in the appellate process.
