Nanny State vs Liberty

The freedom to pursue happiness implies the freedom to make mistakes. If you have a government that prevents citizens from making mistakes, you don?t have liberty anymore.?

I agree. I have the right to be right. I also have the right to be wrong. Anything other than that implies a totalitarian society that is controlled by a communist government. We are headed in that direction.
