Yep, except for those few Mexicans and the paving company it's over in this part of Appalachia. It takes venture capitalists and less government to create jobs. Think about it few of the politicians and academicians that theorize this stuff have ever held private sector jobs. For sure Obama hasn't, ever wonder where his leg up came from?
