considering people have to be at the right polls and know the name and a situation would arise if someone went to vote and their name had already been checked as voted an issue would arise so no I do not see how voter id laws would restrict that due to the additional checks and the obvious nature of an issue if someone votes under someone else's name, not saying it doesn't happen, but I doubt it is that major of an issue
