Quoting the Constitution is ?Some Sort of Revolutionary Plan?

I am amazed that many of our power hungry elected officials consider our Constitution a hindrance.

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Rep. Jan Schakowski characterizes the Republican's "Pledge to America" as "some sort of revolutionary plan" because it quotes heavily from the US Constitution and it embraces the 10th Amendment.

We did some checking and it turns out Rep. Schakowski has, in fact, SWORN to protect and defend that very same Constitution, including the 10th Amendment.
