Why should the citizens of Wyoming have to limit their budget to what New Jersey citizens consider to be reasonable?
I gotta agree with you on this on rival.

Really? With the top 400 people in the US controlling the same amount of wealth as the bottom 155,000,000, they won't be able to come up with enough money?

With the top 20% of the population holding 93% of the wealth within the United States of America, targeting "the richest" still won't yield enough money?

I'd better find my waders; it's getting deep in here.

Nope....Still not enough. It's their assets that create their income.

no, it's the labor of the people that create income... having money in a vault etc doesn't produce income unless it is used for that purpose, AND AGAIN WE DO NOT HAVE A CAPITAL problem in this country, we have a demand problem in this country meaning that we have tilted too far in the direction of the suppliers... we can cut taxes on the rich all day long, but until that money gets into the hands of the masses this economy will just stumble along (at least for the middle class peons).

It defies logic that those most victimized are also those most easily duped into thinking wealth gives a crap about them, their jobs or even the desperation of their health as they die from cancers, black lung and asbestos filled lungs.

as the saying goes "those who don't history are doomed to repeat it", we did have this magical atmosphere the tea partiers crave in the 1800's and early 1900's...... workers were so abused that unions and consumer protections became very common, now thanks to that we have laws that the republicans act like it covers us in place of unions, but as unions disappear the republicans are removing those protections one by one as the voice of the people becomes underpowered in the political field.

Would Cheney disagree with his chest full of electronics? Seems the good do die young.
