OK use this thread to post up about any Off-Road racing in the Great state of Nevada

just some info on me...

i was the Flagman/starter for S.N.O.R.E. (Southern Nevada Off Road Enthusiasts) from 2006 until 2009 mid year.
i'm now the gas/crewman for 2 5/1600's and 2 champ class cars..

so post up anything about off-road racing, be it cars, trucks, bike, quads, utv's or anything..

I am with Trent Fabrication in Sparks. We build custom chassis buggies.. all the way from a plain chassis all the way up to full Turn-Key rigs.

We compete in CalROCS Rock Crawling races, Ultra4 desert races (including King of the Hammers) and exhibition shows (Octane Fest in Fallon).

Our buggy is the in-house Design called the 151 proof chassis made from chromoly tubing. We run a chevy LS2 pumping out around 520HP and 600TQ. Engine work done by Infinite Velocity Motorsports, in Sparks. We use a TH-400 transmission built by Transcraft, and bolt that to an Atlas 2 speed. Front and rear axles are 3rd member Super 14's with ARB's front and rear. Raceline beadlock wheels and 42" Goodyear MT/R Kevlar - competition sticky compound for for crawl comps and 37" Goodyear GSA's for short course.

Ok the Rage at the River is this weekend. As of this morning we have 306 pre-enteries. I helped mark the track and boy its going to be fun to watch. So if you ain't doing anything this weekend come down to laughlin to see some great off road racing.
