Are there any beaches in NJ you are allowed to camp and drive on?

Just as title says. Are there any beaches preferably in South Jersey where you can camp on it as well as drive your vehicle on it?

I lived in Brigantine for 12 years, I only have Atlantic City as my location as it is more easily recognizable. Funny enough, I live in Galloway. I had a 4x4 permit last summer but don't think I could shell out the $180 or whatever it was again..

When I lived in Jersey 1962-1980 You couldn't camp at sandy hook, but you could fish all night...just saying...guessing things have changed since then
