The amazingly fresh air of Northern NY, Adirondack Mountains, Cool Fall breeze (or frigid winter breeze), and just to say you were in NY!

RT86 from Corning to Ohio was voted the most beautiful fall drive in the USA a few years back.

Finger Lakes and the Wineries. Google for some pics and info. The finger lakes are cool and we are surrounded by wineries. The biggest wine company in the world is on Canandaugia. the most Wineries on Seneca. Keuka is in the top 3 most expensive lake front properties in the USA.

People here already covered a lot, but if you like some of the best hiking there is, stop by New York.

Letchworth State Park:


The winery tours along the Finger Lakes are wonderful, too.

Jeep reason
Are you looking for on road or off road reasons or any reason. There's plenty to do here in New York but it is hardly Jeep friendly territory. There's a great deal of private land that is managed individually or by clubs. Otherwise, there are great drives in New York. We have incredible mountains and scenic drives. Long Island has very nice beaches as well. All together NY is a great state with significant history.
