I'm an AR and 1911 guy, but I just moved to a gun grabbing communist state so I can't have so much fun anymore..
Since the chosen one took office I have been concentrating on rimfire for cost and availability reasons..

Texas Trooper: Do you know why I pulled you over sir?
Me: I was speeding?
Texas Trooper: Yeah you were goin a few over. Just going to give you a verbal warning.
Me: Why thank you sir - oh, just so you know, I do have a weapon in the truck.
Texas Trooper: Yeah........so......?
Me: Nevermind. Thank you sir.

My not so new, new toy. I got rid of all of mine when my son was born. But once he turned 10 I figured it's time to get another one.
Taurus Millennium pro 9mm
Man, haven't shot it in a while. Looks like I need to clean it.

Thanks, I like it. It's not too small. I can carry it and not feel like I have a thorn in my back yet at the same time it's more than big enough to do the job if needed. I know it's a personal choice, but I can't see why anyone would carry anything bigger then a 9mm. The last appartment I lived at had a drive by. The guy shot at the appartment on the other side of mine with a 22 long riffle. It went through his metal door, the divider wall, my window and into the building behind us. Almost hit me in the chest. Just imagine what a 45. cal would do. Now this was a cheap appartment, but if someone tries to enter your house and you shot an miss the likely hood of your fence or the neighbors wall stopping that bullet very slim. So anyways, that's why I got the 9mm. The next weapon will be a shotgun, somthing like this.
Remington 870 Tactical 2
