It's great on Mexican Food. That's the way my dad eats it, so his kids picked it up. I know it's gross, people tell me all the time.

Pepperjack all the way.

I don't enjoy cheddar very much. Particularly grilling out with burgers, it's just about the hardest to melt just right.
