Pretty minimal if I'm at work since I tend to deliver to various government buildings during the week and the governor a few times this past month.
Chisel tip and regular sharpie for work, cell phone, mp3 player, bus pass, cash, ID, 2 bank cards, keys, cigs, and a lighter. If I have to deliver in federal buildings I leave everything buy my ID and cell at the shop.

Oh boy, yeah... I've got two sets each, standard and metric wrenches, 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" socket sets, various hand tools, a couple BFHs, crowbars, hi-lift jack, shovel, axe, blankets, food, clothes, winch, straps, jumper cables, high-volume air compressor... If I got REALLY stuck, I could probably disassemble my jeep in place and reassemble it where it needed to be, just with the tools on board.
