that is why you never friend your employer on fb.

Also it is best not to post about work especially if you have settings where it can be seen by a simple search. They say more and more to keep things simple.

It seems in an age of info, people would be hesitant to post that stuff. Let alone while they are at work.

Keith I used Cashier as a term to keep it simple.
But its more like a lobby sales person/receptionist/cashier.
You can simplify all that by saying they are professional face book posters.
As far as the actual business I think my posting style dictates to keep somethings below the surface.

No Chit!
If you don't want to be there, then I certainly don't want you there.
After all people handling your money who have a grudge is not good business.

No it isn't, what's worse is people who feel you are overworking them and think they are entitled to the minimum. I find that a lot.

That can be simply solved by either saying you don't have one and keeping your profile picture something that isn't you (I use my jeep, that I don't drive to work) or making a second facebook and setting it up to make you look like Mr. Right.

If you were in Alabama you would be paying this girl unemployment, unless your SOP specificlly states not going onto facebook while at work or you have a no personal internet policy, you have written proof that you have warned her for previously breaking this rule. The process I have to go through to make sure we are covered is 2 verbal warnings, 1 written warning, suspension, then termination, off course steps can be skipped if violation is extreme enough.
