the gamers thread

ok, im not much of a gamer, but i recently picked up starcraft II. i've been playing since the original. it's changed alot, but i like it. having trouble getting into the campaign though. i like that they seem to have moved away from the "hero" characters... anyone else play?

I play flash games. Anything that requires learning how to play, I try to stay away from. It steals to much of my time and leaves the wife unhappy.

Not much a gamer, either. Most of my moneys go to the jeep in form of gas or new addition/parts. But, I do enjoy some Call of Duty when I'm at my friends house. Starcraft and that genre was never really my thing.

Not StarCraft... Bioshock, Bioshock 2, TES IV: Oblivion, uhh... Sims 3 I've been a pretty big gamer for awhile. Have consoles going all the way back to the NES but I quit console games recently. Too much money and equipment to keep up with the console wars when a single good PC will keep you current for quite awhile.

I had the N64 version of StarCraft. It was always fun, but always felt like it was missing alot when compared with the PC version. Hell, on my old Packard Bell I have the original SimCity, Doom, SimCity 2000, A-Train, Dino Park Tycoon, Dune II, umm... quite a few very simple Windows games, too.
