Same here. Small strips of duck breast, wrapped around a sliver of jalepeno then wrapped in a small length if bacon and grilled to perfection. Mmmm, doesn't egt much better than that.

I've only had duck when I was in Korea, but it was probably the most delicious meat I've ever had.
