O.K. I'm back from the store
I got some spicier nacho doritos and some pre grated mexican style cheese.
I put it together and into the broiler for a few minutes and wala!

Just chips and cheese? I usually dump the fridge onto a plate of nachos. I like ground beef, salsa or pico de gallo, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos etc.
