What size are your guys pictures?

As typed before, the biggest stumbling block seems to be with reducing the picture to 125 x 125 pixels or 17.6 KB, whichever is smaller.

Every tim i hit save changes it says "Upload of file failed."

Right click the picture to confirm the size is within the perimeters set by this forum. If not, reduce the pic using "Paint" or other sizing program on your computer. In the past, I've received that message and logged out to clear the cookies, then logged back on and the picture was there. You might try this!
