My home town is prosecuting the DA that with held evidence in order to convict.

I hope the send him to prison for the rest of his life. His only excuse was "I spent my life savings on my defense".

I think there should be a special punishment for those who represent the American Public and defy our trust.

A prosecutor in Missouri withheld evidence in several cases. The courts have gone back through and thrown out several convictions. One man served 15 years for murder when there was evidence that proved he was innocent. The prosecutor ran for governor and lost, before all this came out. The court system refuses to do anything to the prosecutor.
