My wife would like to have a place like yours, but with lots of miniature horses, miniature donkeys, and miniature goats.

My house is a dump compared to those, but it is backing on to one of the only forests left on the Island of Montreal.

Not too bad inside either, but I've never really thought of taking pictures of the outside of the house.

No biggie Austin. We'll count your avatar picture as good enough! Ripon, I love those woods. I might be mistaken, but are those swimming pools in the back yards? Thanks for sharing!

They're not igloos
A few of the houses on my street are valued at close to a million.
Happily, we only paid a small fraction of that when we bought ours. Sadly, we will also only only see a fraction of that when we sell, but we've done alright here.
Property on our street has become pretty sought after because of the forest, which now look like it will probably be protected from further development by the provincial government because it's one of the oldest forests still standing on the island and hosts a very diverse ecosystem and some rare species of flora and fauna. And we're an easy 20 minutes from down town.
It's a pretty nice place to take a x-country ski during a snow storm when no one else is out there.

Miniature goats are fun, I raised one when I was a teenager. It was house broken. People would come in, a tiny would be walking around.
